London, 27th June 2019:  Housing Association, Aster Group were the night’s big winners at this year’s Property Marketing Awards. Their GLADDER shared ownership campaign won Best Brand Campaign as well as Best Creative Element for an emotion packed video, produced by Leeds based creative agency Resource, which made the judges cry.  Aster also won the ultimate prize of the night, the 2019 Grand Prix.

The judges commented that they came out on top because of their insight driven strategy, the quality of the creative output, and the results they delivered. Their GLADDER campaign was ‘exceptional and memorable’ – a brilliant multi-channel campaign targeted and executed to perfection.

Other notable wins included London residential developer Mount Anvil who picked up the coveted Property Marketing Team of the Year trophy, and creative agency Luminous for once again making a clean sweep of it in the Best Annual Report category.

The prestigious Property Marketing Awards are organised each year by the Chartered Surveyors’ Company, a City of London livery company. The not-for-profit awards, held this year at 30 Euston Square and hosted by social media and big data expert and number cruncher Christian Howes, celebrate and encourage the very best in property marketing from around the UK.  The shortlist includes some of the most talked about and successful marketing campaigns of the year.

The PMA categories are judged by an independent panel of marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields, led for the first time this year by Misa von Tunzelman, UK Head of Marketing & Communication BNP Paribas Real Estate.  Another first for this year is the addition of two final year marketing students who joined the judging panel for their deliberations.

The awards are generously supported by industry sponsors including media partner EG. In recognition of the work of the late Sir Brian Hill, Past Master of the Chartered Surveyors Company, The Children’s Trust for children with brain injury will be one of the main recipients of proceeds from PMA this year.
