London, 28th June 2017:  Independent brand consultancy NextBigThing won the top award at tonight’s 25th anniversary Property Marketing Awards. The memorable campaign caught the PMA jury’s imagination with an award submission involving yoga pants and a bilge pump.

The Jury were unanimous in their verdict on the ambitious campaign for Paddington Central which, on the night, also won Best Creative Element and Best Marketing Campaign: London Offices.

Other big winners included SEGRO plc who picked up Property Marketing Team of the Year as well as the award for Best Marketing Campaign: Retail, Industrial and Logistics for their Slough Trading Estate campaign.

The prestigious Property Marketing Awards are organised each year by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, a City of London livery company, in partnership with leading industry magazine EG.

The not for profit awards celebrate and encourage the very best in property marketing from across the UK.  The shortlist includes some of the most talked about and successful marketing campaigns of the year.

The PMA categories are judged by an independent panel of marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields, led by Thomas Brown, Founder of ThinkStuff.

Also celebrating tonight were TFT Consultants who won the EG Front Cover of the Year Award presented by magazine editor Damian Wild.
