10 May 2018: The shortlist for this year’s Property Marketing Awards has today been announced.  The winners in each of the 13 categories will be revealed by broadcaster Sophie Raworth at the awards ceremony to be held at 30 Euston Square, London on Wednesday 20th June 2018.

Organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, the annual awards celebrate some of the most talked about marketing campaigns in UK real estate.

The categories are judged by an independent panel of marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields.  The jury met earlier this month to debate, champion and whittle down the entries to an agreed shortlist, to decide on the winners and to award the ultimate award – the Grand Prix.

Chair of the PMA jury, Thomas Brown says, “The property industry is full of fascinating projects and excellent marketing campaigns, so reviewing the entries and creating a shortlist is never an easy task for the judges. This year we were particularly impressed by the high level of strategic thinking supporting the successful entries. We would like to thank the people behind the submissions for their excellent work putting these together – it does make a difference. May the best entries win!”

PMA media partner EG will be hosting the annual EG Real Estate Marketing Summit also on Wednesday 20th June 2018.  Lively debate is guaranteed – visit the website to view the speakers and Summit agenda.  Early booking is advised.

Editor notes

The Property Marketing Awards is a not for profit event which raises funds for the Charitable Trust of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors enabling the company to make a contribution to the education and training of young people, significantly enhancing their life chances.

To mark their 150th anniversary, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors have teamed up with LandAid for its Pledge150 campaign designed to deliver 150 new ‘places’ for the homeless across the UK. Funds from this year’s PMA will support this pledge.
