This award is for marketing campaigns for alternative property in the market place, not covered by the other main categories – e.g. student housing, healthcare, hotels, senior living and care homes, sheltered and social housing including ‘affordable’ and shared ownership schemes etc.

This category will be awarded to the campaign which most effectively promotes either a place, e.g. a town or city, a high street or town centre, a business park or a Business Improvement District or relates to the sale or letting of any UK retail space.  Entries are eligible from public, private or voluntary bodies and/or the agencies working on their behalf.

Best Digital Marketing

This category is for marketing which demonstrated clever, creative and appropriate choice of digital channels. All digital channels and marketing investments, paid or organic, are eligible for this category. Entries can be for an integrated marketing campaign across a number of channels, or for a specialist campaign i.e. focused on, for example, SEO, content or social.

Best Brand Campaign

Entries for this award should be for campaigns which have promoted a brand, company, business or organisation rather than a sales campaign for a specific development.

Best Thought Leadership

This award is designed to recognise excellence in thought leadership, brand publishing and editorial content. Eligible are White Papers, research reports or studies, customer magazines, blogs, videos etc. B2B and B2C work are both eligible, and the medium can be print, digital or an integrated combination.

This category recognises annual reports in the property sector – their presentation, content, design and channel selection – and how these were used to drive engagement with a statutory requirement.
