Sarineh joined Savills commercial/B2B marketing team in 2015 and leads on marketing projects, events and initiatives promoting both the Savills brand and the breadth and depth of its commercial real estate services and capabilities across local, national and global platforms.

Sarineh previously spent 5 years at DTZ and has worked within a range of industries, including higher education, retail and property, and across a number of channels within both traditional and digital marketing.

She enjoys the creative and performing arts and thrives on bringing a sense of creativity into to her day-to-day role.

Nikki Dibley, Development Executive, Helical

During her 13 years at Helical, Nikki has overseen the development of several high profile projects and has been an integral part in the creation of memorable brands, in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Joining Helical in 2007 from the television industry, Nikki brings her creative skills to each project she works on in order to create places that people want to be and brands that entice occupiers.

Nikki lives in Blackheath with her husband and her son and is passionate about mid-century design and musical theatre.

Rob Strachan, Founder FlexiSpace Marketing

Rob is a property marketing expert who has held senior marketing positions in the biggest brands in the UK flexible workspace industry for over 10 years.

Prior to joining the industry he was Head of Marketing for Big yellow Self Storage.  In 2019 he founded FlexiSpace Marketing, the UK’s only Marketing agency to specialise in the flex workspace sector.

He now advises multiple clients on everything from Brand strategy to social media tactics; from Marketing organisation structure to database management. He is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Sholto Lindsay-Smith, Director, Industry

Sholto has over 25 years of consulting experience in branding and communications. He is a founding partner and director of strategy at Industry. 

Over his career he has worked extensively across the UK, Europe, the US, Asia Pacific and the Middle East in the financial services, retail, utility, transport, property and technology sectors.

His clients have included John Lewis, HSBC, RBS, Commercial Bank of Qatar, China Light & Power, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Saudi Industrial Development Fund, Cluttons, Bidwells, Xcel Energy and MessageLabs.

His areas of expertise include global brand strategy, brand-led transformation and employer brand.
