Best Marketing Campaign: Offices

This category is open to marketing campaigns for the sale or letting of any office development.  It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved.

Best Marketing Campaign: Industrial and Logistics

This category is open to marketing campaigns for the sale or letting of any  industrial or logistics space. It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved. 

Best Marketing Campaign: Place-Making

This category will be awarded to the campaign which most effectively promotes  a place, whether a new mixed use development, a regeneration project or an existing town, city, or area. Entries are eligible from public, private or voluntary bodies and/or the agencies working on their behalf.  The category will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved.

Best Marketing Campaign: Residential Sales

This category is open to marketing campaigns for any residential scheme built for sale.   It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved.

Best Marketing Campaign: Alternative Residential

This category is open to marketing campaigns for any alternative residential scheme including build to rent, senior living and shared ownership schemes.  It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved.

Best Website

This category is open to any website related to real estate, including both corporate and product sites.  It will be judged on performance against business goals (i.e. business results delivered) as well as creative execution.   

Best Use of Film

This category is open to any corporate or product related video project.  It will be judged on content, creative idea and execution, distribution and evidence of impact/results.

 

 

Best Brand Experience

This category is open to any organisation working in the real estate industry and covers temporary/ campaign related branded spaces and experiences. This could include display stands, marketing suites, pop ups, exhibitions as well as virtual reality and digital events.  It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved. 

Best Use Of PR

This category is open to any organisation working in the real estate industry. Entries should show excellent use of PR to achieve a campaign objective.  Entries will be judged on creativity as well as a clear strategy, targeted approach and results delivered (media coverage and/or brand/lead generation activity). 

 

 

Best Use of Social Media (NEW)

This award is open to all businesses operating  in the real estate industry.  Entries should show excellent use of social media to achieve a campaign objective, this can include paid or organic activity or a blended approach.  Entries will be judged on creativity as well as a clear strategy, targeted approach and results delivered.

Best Corporate Brand Campaign

Entries for this category should be for campaigns which have promoted a brand, company, business or organisation. (Campaigns promoting a specific development or product should be included in the relevant asset class category).  It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach, creative execution and results achieved. 

Best Content Marketing

This category is designed to recognise excellence in thought leadership, brand publishing and editorial content (for example annual reports, white papers, , customer magazines, blogs, videos etc) are all eligible  It will be judged based on the quality of the strategic approach,  content created, creative execution, targeted distribution and results achieved.

Property Marketing Team of the Year

What makes your team really special? What have you done to make talent and culture a priority? Tell the judges how your people efforts have helped the business to achieve over and above the norm, whether in the face of adversity or through recognising an opportunity. This category is for in-house marketing teams/ departments.  It will be judged based on evidence submitted of teamwork and collaboration, effectiveness and business impact.  The relative size of teams will be taken into consideration when judging the category.

Marketing for Good Award (NEW)

The winners of the Marketing for Good Award will be chosen from all entries submitted, in recognition of exemplar social and/or sustainability impact delivered through a marketing programme or campaign.

Grand Prix Award

The Grand Prix will be awarded to the “best of the best” that property marketing has to offer, selected by the judges from all the winning entries of this year’s Property Marketing Awards.
